Just a brief message to remind everyone that while volunteering for water duty, it’s extremely important to check on EVERY group that is rehearsing at least 3-4 times during each shift. There have been a couple recent instances where sections have been overlooked, and their water jugs have not been filled for several hours. If it is helpful, I’m happy to forward a copy of the rehearsal itinerary to those signed up on your specific volunteer day.
The most common rehearsal locations are: parking lot, stadium, gym, auditorium, aerobics room, classrooms on the back hallway of the gym, courtyard outside band room, front parking lot near front office. It might be necessary to walk the campus to locate sections.
