Please signup if you can help and indicate how many students you can transport.
Additional concert band dates are listed on this signup as well. If you can help on any other these other dates, please sign up to secure your spot.

The meeting minutes from our January Booster Meeting are attached. The next Booster Meeting, aka Parent Meeting, is February 19th at 7pm. (Unless otherwise noted, the Parent Booster Meeting will always be held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7pm in either the Band Room or the Chorus Room at the high school.) If you have any questions, please contact any board member at the contacts at the bottom of the email. Please attend! The band cannot be amazing without amazing parent support!
The Band Boosters currently have the position of "Contracts Officer" open due to a vacated position. This is a Board position. We need to fill the open position as quickly as possible. In accordance with our bylaws, the Board has nominated Cyndie Moore for the position of Contracts Officer. Voting for this position will take place at the next Booster Meeting, which is scheduled for February 19, 2019 at 7pm. If there is anyone else who is interested in being nominated for the position, you must notify the Executive Board in writing prior to the meeting. Attendance of this Booster Meeting is vital. We must have at least 25 Boosters in attendance to be able to vote someone into a board position. Please be sure to join us on 2/19/19 @ 7pm.

Pinellas All County Middle School Honor & 9-10 Concert Bands:
Pinellas All County Middle School Band & 11-12 Symphonic Band:
This is a friendly reminder that with the various concert and jazz band events coming up very soon, we want to reflect the best possible impression of our award-winning program. You can help us by ensuring the following:
· Your student’s concert attire should be clean and wrinkle-free. It’s best to transport concert attire to and from school in a garment bag rather than in student Warhawk bags.
· Appropriate footwear should be worn. We recommend those wearing dresses should wear closed toe flats or heels. No sandals or sneakers.
· Students who wear tuxedos should wear long black socks. No sock with designs.
· Some students opt to wear sports bras or leggings/long pants under their dresses. Please ensure these clothing articles cannot be seen when in concert dress - while sitting and walking.
All students should own all attire needed for concerts and should not be using the uniform room donations as their own personal items. If they are missing items or need to borrow something for an emergency, please speak with Leadership or contact our Uniform Mom, Beckie Biglin.
